   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/2 teaspoon salt</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/4 teaspoon black pepper</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">2 tablespoons tomato paste</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">2 tablespoons soy sauce</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">2 cups frozen mixed vegetables</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">4 cups mashed potatoes</span></li>

  <h3>Instructions:</h3>

     <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Lentils and vegetable broth should be mixed together in a pot</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until the lentils are soft</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put in the garlic, onion, carrots, and celery</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">For about 5 to 7 minutes, or until soft, cook</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put the lentil and vegetable mix in a baking dish</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cover it with mashed potatoes</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put the potatoes in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they get a little brown</span></p>
