   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/2 cup frozen green peas</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/4 cup chopped cilantro</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 teaspoon ground cumin</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 teaspoon ground coriander</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/2 teaspoon red chili powder</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">Salt to taste</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">Oil for frying</span></li>

  <h3>Instructions:</h3>

     <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Mix chickpea flour, water, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped green peas, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Mix it well so that you get a thick batter</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put oil in a deep pan and heat it over medium-low heat</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">To make sure the food cooks evenly, flip the spoonfuls of batter every so often</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">When they are done, take the fritters out of the oil and set them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra oil</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put it on the table hot with your favorite vegan chutney or dipping sauce</span></p>
